- This is not a Request for Quotes. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport intends to issue a solicitation for installing bird deterrents in buildings 82, 209, 233, 514, 1006, 1049 and 1060. The project will require the contractor to install bird netting, bird spike strips and remove abandon vent stack. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for non-commercial services in accordance with FAR 13.1.�� The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract.� The solicitation number for this requirement will be N0025324Q0070.� Performance location will be at Keyport, WA.� The target award date is November 01, 2024. The NAICS code is 236210 Industrial Building Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $45.0 Million.� The Product Service Code is Z2EZ repair or alteration of other industrial buildings.� This solicitation will be 100% set aside for small businesses. The government estimate of the Magnitude of the requirement is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 13 and 36, utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors.� The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about August 26, 2024 with a 30-day response time.� The contracting office is not maintaining a bidders list.� Failure to respond to the electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render the offer non-responsive and result in rejection. An organized site visit is expected to be included in the solicitation. Offerors must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, https://sam.gov/.� All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which the agency shall consider.� All inquiries must be submitted to james.k.wasson.civ@us.navy.mil.
