- 15 August 2024 Bidders Invited to Participate in Step Two are: -David Boland, Inc. -Facility Services Management, Inc. -The Ross Group Construction Corporation, LLC -Southwind Construction Services, LLC -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Project Title: Repair Fire Protection Tech Training, Multi Facilities at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. This project is being solicited as Unrestricted. This solicitation and resulting contract are utilizing a Tw o-Step Sealed Bidding procurement method in FAR Part 14.5. This solicitation is the Step-One request for technical proposals only. Bid bonds are not required to be submitted with the Step-One technical proposal.
