This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, effective 02/23/2024. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690, with a small business dollar value of 19 Million. This acquisition will use full and open competition procedures.
