Description
The Strategic Petroleum Reserve Project Management Office (SPRPMO) located in New Orleans, Louisiana, is seeking information about potential sources interested and capable of providing potable water service and emergency stand-by water service to its Bryan Mound Storage Site located at 1900 County Road 242A, Freeport, TX 77541, for a period of 10 years. Product Service Code (PSC): S114 ; North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 221310 with a small business size standard of $41M. Performance Requirements: A. The potable water supplied to the SPR Bryan Mound site shall comply with the Drinking Water Standards Governing Drinking Water Quality and Reporting Requirements for Public Water Systems, 30 TAC Chapter 290, Subchapter F, RG-346, Revised March 2017, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Water Supply Division. B. The water system supplying water to the SPR Bryan Mound site shall be designed, operated and maintained in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for Public Water Systems, 30 TAC Chapter 290, Subchapter D, RG-195, Revised December 2023, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Water Supply Division. C. The SPR Bryan Mound site shall be provided annual consumer confidence reports in accordance with the requirements of 30 TAC Chapter 290 Subchapter H, Revised March 2017. D. The following quantities of potable water shall be supplied to the SPR Bryan Mound site: � Average monthly consumption = 500,000 gallons � Average daily consumption = 16,450 gallons � Maximum daily consumption = 65,000 gallons This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. There is no Request for Proposal (RFP) or Solicitation to download or request. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements should be sent to bennetta.hamilton@spr.doe.gov and must be received NO LATER THAN 12 Noon Central Time on August 23, 2024 and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government�s requirements. Responses should be limited to no more than ten (10) pages. Do not submit product literature or brochures.
