SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 19KV4224Q0015, purchase of two vehicles for USAID ASP/Motor Pool Dear Prospective Quoter: The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the purchase of a Motor Vehicles - Hybrid USAID ASP/Motor Pool. Your quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ""Quotation Enclosed"" to Barbara Grub on or before September 13, 2024 @ 15:00 local time, through email at PristinaProcurement@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF 1449 Section 1, Pricing Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11 is completed with IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.goc/w14 Additional information as required in Section 3 Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to PristinaProcurement@state.gov by letter or by telephone at +3833859593000 during regular business hours.
