Description

The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) hereby gives notice fo their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to PTC, Inc. , on a sole source basis.� In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405(a) (C), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.�� Fleet Readiness Center South West (FRCSW) PTC ApexAda V4.4 and V5.0 Software License Renewal Support COMFRC requires software license annual subscription support for the following PTC ApexAda software:� V4.4; Part # SPN-DAEEE0000-F V5.0; Part # MNT-DAEE13510F-T2 PTC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and retains all the proprietary/techncal data rights required in order to supply the required and necessary annual software licenses and support. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.� However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received by the closing date of this publication of this synopsis, will be considered.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to coduct a competitive procruement without impacting the requirement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�
