- N00164-24-R-3024 � NON-PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES (PSS) FOR PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE (PEO) PMS 377 PSC R425 - NAICS 541330 Issue Date: 13 AUGUST 2024 CLOSING DATE: 08/28/2024 4PM� This is notification of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), Crane, IN, intent to consolidate PMS 377 requirements currently acquired via two (2) separate task orders as follows: 1. Task Order No. N00164-21-F-3021 (N00178-19-D-8498, Total Value: $67.7M). This task order provides program management and acquisition support, engineering and technical support, test and evaluation support, production management and information technology support, and post-delivery support for PMS 317. 2. Task Order No. N00164-19-F-3013 (N00178-04-D-4066, Total Value: $226M). This task order provides PSS in the areas of test and evaluation program support, technical management, acquisition and life cycle management, landing craft planning yard, integrated logistics, government furnished equipment, and fleet support for PMS 377. In response to the October 2021 PEO Ships realignment of its LPD program workload from PMS 317 to PMS 377, PMS 377 is requesting consolidation of PMS 317 LPD requirements that have been realigned to PMS 377, an approximate $15.4M segment of Task Order No. N0016421F3021 and an approximate $152.4M segment of Task Order No. N0016419F3013. The objective of PMS 377 is to compete subject consolidated follow-on competitive procurement as an unrestricted basis under SeaPort-NxG. NSWC Crane has determined that measurably substantial benefits are expected to be derived as a result of the consolidation as defined at FAR 7.107. The expected benefits of this consolidation action are listed in FAR 7.107-2 and summarized below: 1. Quality improvements that will save time or improve or enhance performance or efficiency; 2. Reduction in acquisition cycle times; 3. Better terms and conditions; 4. Anticipated financial benefits; or 5. Any other benefit.
