Description
Facility Management System Motion Control Engineering Elevator Equipment Replacement Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) To facilitate electronic quote submissions through SAM.gov, a request for quote No. 140R3024Q0115 is being issued subsequent to this combined synopsis/solicitation. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2024-05 Effective Date 05/22/2024. (iv) This requirement will be a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 334111, Electronics Computer Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Offerors will be verified against this NAICS to determine their small business size standard. Those Offerors that are not considered a small business under this NAICS will not be considered eligible for award. (v) Line item 0010 - Facility Management System Motion Control Engineering Elevator Equipment Replacement per the attached Statement of Work and include the following: Baseline License IController Software 13 Dell PCs 15 month New Controller Warranty The Statement of Work (SOW) provides more detailed information about the requirement and is attached to the RFQ. (vi) The Bureau of Reclamation Hoover Dam has a requirement for Facility Management System Motion Control Engineering Elevator Equipment Replacement in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Offeror MUST submit supporting documentation along with a quotation to demonstrate the proposed quote meets the SOW. (vii) Delivery will be made 45 days after award. The delivery address is to the Hoover Dam Central Warehouse, SR 172, Boulder City, NV 89005 and is listed on the SF 1449. The Government will install and configure the equipment on site. THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS COMMERCIAL ITEM ACQUISITION: (viii) FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services. In addition to the requirements of the Instructions to Offerors - Competitive Acquisitions provision of this solicitation, each offeror will submit a quote in accordance with the instructions contained in this provision. (1) Offer will complete and submit Standard Form (SF) 1449 � Solicitation for Commercial Items. Pricing must be submitted on the SF 1449. (2) Submit the following information: (a) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI): ___________________ (b) Contractor E-mail Address: ______________________ (3) Technical and Past Performance Information Requested: (a) Technical: Offeror provided a written narrative detailing how they would complete this requirement, which entailed everything listed in Attachment #1 SOW; Offeror provided a confirmation statement that their quoted firm-fixed price on the SF 1449 included F.O.B. Destination shipping to the address in the SOW; lastly, the Offeror confirmed that a standard 15-month warranty was included in their quote. (ix) BASIS OF AWARD: Determination of award will be based on a comparative evaluation. Additional evaluation details are found in the 52.212-2 Evaluation � Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) provision of this solicitation.
