- This is a sources sought announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. No quotations are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of all vendors, public and private institutions, members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for a base and four Option years. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetBiz database if applicable (VetBiz registration is required for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses). Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://sam.gov/content/home. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contract can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM.gov. NAICS 611699 All other Miscellaneous Schools Size Standard: 16.5 Million NAICS 713940 Fitness and Recreation Sports Centers Size Standard: 17.5 million Interested parties may contact the Contracting Officer via email at Jeffery.Fleming@va.gov regarding this requirement. Scope of work: This requirement is to provide a live, two-way, interactive virtual wellness services to include Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Guided Imagery and other live modalities to the Central Western Massachusetts (CWM) Healthcare System (HCS) Veterans and employees. Contractor shall provide all access to the necessary resources to accomplish these services.. Consistent yoga and/or mediation practice can have an impact on perception of pain, and therefore reduce Rx costs or unnecessary appointments at VAMCs. These wellness services will build resilience and encourage health among CWM VA HCS Veterans and employees. Services: Live Virtual classes to include at least, but not limited to, Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation and Guided Imagery. Live Virtual classes that are interactive, requiring a two-way video platform for interfacing with instructors. Schedule to offer classes throughout the day including nights, 7-days of the week Schedule to also contain offerings taught by Veteran-focused and trauma informed instructors. Classes shall be accessible to all users with compatible devices. Vendor must have established standard operating procedure for addressing physical safety concerns of participants during live classes. Vendor/services shall have an appropriate level of encryption to ensure security of user information Vendor shall have a program that allows for the medical center to add local instructors to the platform to meet local needs, if desired. Services/classes must be supported and hosted on the web by the vendor. Vendor must supply regular usage reports to the facility, to include the ability to track and monitor deidentified user information. Reports should give usage data for Veterans and staff of CWM VA. Vendor must accept and respond to feedback regarding the offered classes and will allow the VA to submit ideas for improvement/scheduling etc. This is an online platform offering remote services for Veterans and VA Staff. Any work will be performed remotely, off of VA campus at the users location. For staff and Veteran users, user accounts will be created through a non-government email address. END
