Description

NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, 1133 15TH Street Washington, District of Columbia 20005-2710, United States. NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS: Department of Transportation/Federal Highway Administration (DOT/FHWA), Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD), intends to award a sole source contract to National Fish and Wildlife Foundation under FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, under the North American Industry Classification System code (NACIS) 813312 - Environment, Conservation and Wildlife Organizations with size standard $19,500,000. The proposed procurement is for purchase of 0.16 acre of wetland at the required 1:1 ratio credits. All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the above-mentioned purchase should submit a response via email NLT 3:00PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on August 9, 2024, to Chinh.Le@dot.gov.� Information furnished shall include detailed (and relevant) documentation to allow the government to perform adequate market research and make a proper determination. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTE. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
