- The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to inspect, repair, replace installed fire alarm system and associated connected devices with a like/in-kind system that meets requirements IAW ALL NFPA and UFC code requirements: HMF-1 & HMF-2 BUILDINGS: The contractor will replace the existing Notifier NFS-320 Fire Alarm Control Panel for Hangar HMF 1 & 2 with a new Notifier NFS-320 Control Panel.� The contractor will install new Powersonic Batteries for the new fire alarm panel. The 120VAC will be rerouted in conduit outside of the Control Panel Enclosure. SOW.� The contractor will provide and install one new Notifier NFS-320 Fire Alarm Control Panel.� Remove the existing 120VAC wiring that is improperly running with the Low Voltage wire from inside the Control Panel Enclosure and install EMT Conduit to properly run the 120VAC wire to the correct side of the control panel to eliminate mixing with the existing Low Voltage wire inside the control panel enclosure. The contractor will conduct programming and Pre-Testing of all devices (100%) in accordance with NFPA 72 & UFC-3-601-02.� IR detection in Hanger Decks must be tested with manufacture light gun as required by manufacturer.� No magnets are allowed in testing any devices.� Final Test with USCG Inspector and all work will be covered under Warranty for one year. as per the Scope of Work in at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville Rd, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. �detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on Aug 15, 2024. All quotes must be submitted via email to Tami.N.Clark@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. *Site visit is required for this action, contact the unit COR to request a site visit. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON Aug 12, 2024.� An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. No oral questions will be accepted.
