SYNOPSIS/NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH�TALENTSMART INC. The Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), Directorate of Contracting, Homestead Air Reserve Base, Homestead, Florida, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order, in accordance with Federal Acquisition�� Regulation FAR part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611430 � Professional and Management Development Training.� The following will be procure Emotional Intelligence trainer licenses and materials as follows:��� CLIN 0001: Level 1 + Level 2 Train-the-Trainer Course������������������������ �������������� Qty: 4 CLIN 0002: Mastering Level 1 Participant License - Self-Pro Edition������������������ Qty: 125 CLIN 0003: Mastering Level 2 Participant License - Multi-Rater Edition������������ Qty: 125 CLIN 0004: Shipping & Handling ������������������������������������������������������������ �������������� Qty: 1 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a).
