� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS This is a pre-solicitation notice. No quotes will be accepted until the solicitation is posted. The United States Air Force through Air Force Support Center (AFSC) at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is contemplating procuring a one-time Preventative Maintenance (PM), Calibration and Upgrade on the Emerging Technology PaR Systems in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.� The line items cited below is for commercial, One-Time Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract, with FOB destination at Tinker AFB, OK. This requirement is anticipated to be sole source. 1.�Estimated Solicitation Issue Date:� 09 August 2024 2.�Estimated Close/Response Date:�� 26 August 2024, by 1400 CST 3.�RFQ #:�� FA8125-24-Q-0073 4.�PR #:���� F3YCEB4180A101 5.�Requirement Name:������ Preventative Maintenance, Calibration, and Upgrades on PaR Systems 6.�NAICS:� 811310 7.�Descriptions: Line Item 1 / CLIN 001: Trip 1 � machine calibration and programming updates; includes travel expenses and calibration rental. Line Item 2 / CLIN 002: Preventative Maintenance � safety system debugging and general maintenance (work to be done during Trip 1, PAR to provide additional personnel on-site). Line Item 3 / CLIN 003: Trip 2; additional machine programming efforts; includes travel expenses. 8.�Instructions: Interested vendors need to make sure all provisions and clauses are appropriately filled in (where applicable), when submitting a quote.� Please send in the actual solicitation completed along with any other supporting documentations.� All submitted information needs to be legible and comprehensible. 9.�Mandatory Language:� An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
