Description: Seeking an offeror to provide the fabrication, dimensional inspection, assembly, vacuum testing and�delivery of RF bellows assemblies for the ALS-U project. There are six types of RF bellows�assembly types in this scope. The total quantity of RF bellows units to be delivered is 172.�The detailed design of the RF bellows has been completed by LBNL. Some of the RF bellows designs� has been prototyped and tested by LBL. This fabrication is a �build to�print� however the subcontractor is able to propose minor changes for ease of fabrication.� Subcontractors shall provide price and delivery - along with documentation to prove that your organization meets the required qualifiers.
