- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03. Solicitation number 140L5724Q0038 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 332312 with a size standard of 500 Employees. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, EPLS, and more. There is NO fee to register for this site. Requirement#1 The Cedar City Field Office is requesting 14' Cattle Guards delivered to: BLM - Cedar City Districts 1770 N Airport Road Cedar City, UT 84721 Requirement #2 The Salt Lake Field Office is requesting 8' Cattle Guards delivered to: BLM - Randolph Field Station 190 N 100 W Randolph, UT 84064 Specifications and drawings are attached, and Clauses and Provisions follow this cover sheet. Any correspondence concerning this requirement shall reference 140L5724Q0038 in the subject line and shall be sent to the Contract Specialist: [Mark Renforth mrenforth@blm.gov]. Any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation should be forwarded in writing via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Mark Renforth at mrenforth@blm.gov no later than 03 July 2024 at 1:00 pm MDT. Any questions received after this date are not guaranteed to be addressed. Responses to questions received prior to the deadline will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation.
