DATE AT TIME ARE FOR 5 AUGUST 2024 9AM SAME AS ORIGINAL POSTING.� The Contractor shall provide all work, labor, materials, related fees, and related services to complete the work according to the contract. The project at Building 20187 consists of the following: Existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing to be removed and replace with new fully adhered 80 mil TPO Roofing system with R-38 insulation and 5/8-inch glass-mat roof board. A hazardous materials survey is required prior to any construction.
