Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA. 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Highstar Industrial Technologies,INC. for Charging Set Up Kit in support of Explosive Ordinance Disposal Training and Evaluation Unit Two. This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services; and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
