- AMENDMENT 0001-THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO INCORPORATE THE ANSWERS TO SUBMITTED QUESTIONS (Q&A). ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. SEE ATTACHED COPY OF THE AMENDMENT FOR FULL DETAILS. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has Request for Quote (RFQ) W912C324Q0003 for General Repairs to Building 676 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. It is the Government's intention to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, materials , insurances, supervision, and all neccesary to perform the Repairs at Building 676 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. . The RFQ will be issue as 100% Total Small Business set-aside.�The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard $45 Million. The magnitude of the requirement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The solicitation, W912C324Q0003 will be posted on or about 8 July 2024 with a closing date of on or about 12 August 2024. The RFQ is made available via the Federal Contract Opportunities website at SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the vendor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued. Vendors interested in doing business with the Government shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through SAM.gov and have an active account. Vendors that are not registered or registration is not active in the System for award database at SAM.gov website may not be eligile for award. For information on how to register your company on the Federal Contract opportunities, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the contract Opportunities website home page. No paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. Vendors shall also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete. Vendors are also responsible for reading the solicitation in its entirety to ensure all requested pricing associated with the work, price breakdown and any other information or documentation is submitted with their quote. Any amendments isued shall be signed and submitted with the quote. Failure to sign and send any amendments issued with the quote may render your quote not eligible for consideration for award. The quote shall be submitted on or before the date and time indicated in the solicitation. Failure to do so may render your quote ""late"" and not eligible for consideration for anaward.
