(ABOA):�� �51,000 Space Type:�� �Office Parking Spaces (Total):�� �101 Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �101 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �101 Full Term:�� �10 years Firm Term:�� �5 years Option Term:�� �N/A Additional Requirements:�� �This office cannot be housed in buildings with day care facilities, abortion clinics, mental health or drug rehabilitation clinics, immigration, probation, public defenders, and/or social services (including but not limited to SSA and HHS).� The proposed building and parking facility cannot be within 1,000 feet of the these agencies and tenants identified above. Daytime cleaning is srequired to be performed during daytime business hours between 8AM to 4PM. Part 1c: � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
