Seeking Sources for�NMT Monitoring devices BNOE Philips IntelliVue BIS Module Salient Characteristics for Neuromuscular Transmission (NMT) Monitoring Device Functionality: The NMT Monitoring Device shall measure the degree of neuromuscular block, assessing the level of muscle relaxation during surgical procedures, and provide quantitative data on the level of paralysis. Accuracy: The device must provide accurate and reliable measurement of neuromuscular transmission through advanced techniques such as Mechanomyography (MMG), Electromyography (EMG), or Acceleromyography (AMG). Ease of Use: The NMT Monitoring Device must be user-friendly, featuring a clear display and intuitive controls to ensure quick and easy operation by medical professionals. Safety Features: The device must adhere to electrical safety standards (e.g., IEC 60601-1) and incorporate safety mechanisms such as audible alarms for critical events, error detection, and automatic shut-off. Portability: The device should be compact and lightweight, enabling easy transportation between operating rooms and other medical settings.
