Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17 Regional Procurement Office West 124 E Hwy 67 Suite 100 Duncanville TX intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed priced contract with ScriptPro USA Inc. 5828 Reeds Road Mission, KS 66202-2740 or authorized distributor to provide SCRIPTPRO Upgrade in support of the South Texas Veterans Healthcare System, Scope of Work: Delivery and set up of the upgrade, installation, and training will be conducted by Scriptpro at no additional charge to the government. The upgrade, installation, and training will be delivered to North Central Federal Clinic, 17440 Henderson Pass, San Antonio, TX, 78232, Pharmacy Services. Scriptpro will provide on-site setup at the service location indicated by the assigned COR. Delivery will occur during normal business hours M-F from 0800 to 1500. Delivery/installation and all communication will be coordinated with the assigned COR. Smart Card Scanner Full Disk Encryption (per server computer/HCI VM SPX00/CRSX On-Site upgrade window 10 Bup/RAS/psp Factory Upgrade, Server OS 2012+, SQL 2014+ SPDP/NB Factory, Upgrade, Windows 10 KIOSK Factory Upgrade, i5, Windows 10 Information System Officer, Information Protection: The contractor will not have access to VA Desktop computers they will not have access to online resources belonging to the government. Privacy Officer: The Contractor will have access to protected Patient Health Information (PHI) and have the capability of accessing patient information during the services provided to the VA and if removal of equipment from the VA is required, any memory storage device will remain in VA control and will not be removed from VA custody. Records Manager: There will not be federal records created, maintained, used or dispositioned with this contract;  regardless of format [paper, electronic, etc.] or mode of transmission [e-mail, fax, etc.] THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, Contractors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the contracting officer whether to continue with the sole source procurement or to provide for competition. Such responses MUST be received no later than August 7, 2024, at 3:00 PM CST. Forward responses by e-mail to janice.malbon@va.gov and Francisco.Mendoza@va.gov . Due to technical issues, please allow additional time if you re using electronic means. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 17 will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, the Government shall determine if a solicitation will be issued. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with Response to Intent to Sole Source. All documents submitted will not be returned. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy this requirements.
