Description

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) [2024-05] and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) [20240627].��DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. �� CLIN 0001: 100-ton Electric Hydraulic Frame Press CLIN 0002: Hydraulic Oil for Powered Pumps CLIN 0003: Cylinder Mounting Block for Hydraulic Frame Press CLIN 0004: V-Block for Hydraulic Frame Press CLIN 0005: Manual Type Hydra-Lift for Daylight Adjustment for 100-ton Hydraulic Frame Press The Government will award the responsible Offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process.� The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. �Responsible Offeror must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration unless they qualify under an exemption.� UEI, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer.� The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web site https://sam.gov/content/home under solicitation M6261324Q0006. �The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed.� Offers must be received no later than 10:00AM, Japan Standard Time (JST) on the solicitation closing date.� Solicitation closing date will be publicized upon the issuance of solicitation.� POC for all inquiries is Mr. Toru Fujioka, email at: toru.fujioka.ja@usmc.mil.� All offers shall be in the English language.
