- Amendment 0002 is released on 31 July 2024.� The purpose of this amendment is to; Extend the solicitation due date from 05 Aug 2025 (3:00 PM) to 09 Aug 2025 (3:00 PM) Correct the solicitation due date in ��52.212-1 ADDENDUM Add CLIN 5001 and 5002 for 6-month extension in the solicitation. Please see attached amendment 0002 for more specification.� ________________________________________________________ 26 July 2024 Below are questions we received.� Question : I see that the quoted unit is for 12 months, is the estmate per month per kg? If per month, is it 1/12 of 10,769kg? Answer :� As in the solicitation, unit is ""month"", and the quantity is ""12"". Please provide the quotation per month x 12.� �The weight 10,769kg shall be divided by 12 to find the unit fee.� Also attachment of ""Bulb Recycliing Collection Bin Example"" is added.� ----------------------------------------------------------- ""EXAMPLE of Analysis Report"" is added to the attachments.� 17 July 2024.� ------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 0001 is released on 12 July 2024.� 1.The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to clarify OPTION CLINS description. 2.Other terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation remain the same. Please see attached amendment 0001 for more specification.� ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Provide collection, recycling, and/or disposal services for bulbs to accomplish recovery of the constituents and components that are considered to be recyclable, reusable, and/or non-hazardous to the general public and the environment.�� Provide the results of the annual sampling analysis of the associated waste streams and components for mercury, lead and cadmium leachate standards in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.�
