- This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24624Q1170, will be issued on or about 31 July 2024. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton VA Medical, Hampton, VA has a requirement for Bulk Oxygen for the Fredericksburg Healthcare Center, located in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
