- Synopsis ACTION CODE: Pre-Solicitation Synopsis DATE: 28 JUNE YEAR: 2024 CONTRACTING OFFICE ZIP CODE: 35898 NAICS CODE: 333415 CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (W58RGZ) ATTN: CCAM-ALB, Building 5303, Martin Road Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5280 (US) SUBJECT: Synopsis for the Overhaul of the Cooler Unit, Air SOLICITATION NUMBER: W58RGZ-24-R-0122 CLOSING RESPONSE DATE: 15 days after posting CONTRACTING OFFICER: Edward Peterson, email: edward.a.peterson4.civ@army.mil PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Contractor�s Facility DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to provide the overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Cooler Unit, Air INPUT NSN: 4130-01-597-1317 P/N: 70A143-2 Output NSN: 4130-01-597-1317 P/N: 70A143-2 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Min Qty:20 Max Qty: 78 The proposed contractual action will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) overhaul contract, with the quantity listed above. These items are noncommercial; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery 2 shall be FOB Origin. This NSN is listed as a non-critical safety item. This procurement is restricted to Enviro Systems, Inc., (CAGE: 0B9E8), and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE: 78286). The listed contractors are the only sources that have the technical data necessary to perform this acquisition.��There is no DMWR for this requirement. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
