- Update: In-Person Industry Day(s) August 19-23, 2024 The T-38 Program Office is planning for an Industry Day in preparation for the upcoming Draft RFP for the Avionics Sustainment & Support Program (ASSP).� Tentative dates for the visits will be the week of 19-23 August 2024. The Industry Day will consist of two parts: A visit (20 August) to the Contractor Operated & Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) facility and the Aircrew Training Device (ATD) simulator facility at Randolph AFB,� Texas.� A visit (22 August) to the Systems Integration Lab (SIL) and Operational Flight Trainer (OFT-1) at The Boeing Company in St. Louis, Missouri. This will give interested contractors an opportunity to understand the requirements as specified in the ASSP Performance Work Statement. There will be a limitation of two (2) individuals from each company. The government will notify parties of information required to access the base and The Boeing Company facility. Interested parties will respond to this notice by 12 July 2024 and provide the names of the individuals attending. Requests will be posted to SAM.gov and questions may be directed to Mark Parker (mark.parker.12@us.af.mil) and/or Danielle Stiff (danielle.stiff.1@us.af.mil). Original Post: The T-38 Program Office , Hill AFB, is anticipating awarding a contract for sustaining engineering and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) efforts for the T-38 Avionics.� The CLS efforts Period of Performance (PoP) will begin approximately 1 January� 2026 with a five (5) year basic period and one (1) five (5) year option period for a total of ten (10) years. This Sources Sought seeks to provide the Air Force with an understanding of the technology and resources availible within the industry to support this effort.� Interested parties should respond to the sources sought with the information requested. Operating locations are as follows: Randolph AFB, TX Sheppard AFB, TX Laughlin AFB, TX Vance AFB, OK Columbus AFB, MS Off-Site Locations supported by COMBS facilities are: Edwards AFB, CA Holloman AFB, NM Patuxent River NAS, MD Sources Sought requirements are listed within the body of the attachments.
