Description

This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0222�is to provide Twelve Colostrum Deprived Calves in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the �Attachments/Links� section. The associated NAICS is 112120 (�Dairy Cattle and Milk Production�) with a small business size standard of under $3.75 Million. The applicable PSC is 8820 (�Live Animals, Not Raised for Food�). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. � It is the Government�s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (�12505B24Q0222�) and/or title (""Twelve Colostrum Deprived Calves "") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental ""Supporting Information Form"" are to be include with your quote.
