Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Louisiana City:�New Orleans Delineated Area: Western Boundary �Marconi Drive. � Northern Boundary - Lakeshore Drive to Leon C. �Simon to Hayne Blvd (LA 47) to Interstate 10. Eastern Boundary - US Hwy 11.� Southern Boundary � Interstate 610 to Interstate 10 �to Almonaster Avenue to Old Gentilly Road to US �Hwy 90. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��70,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��70,500 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�650 Parking Spaces (Surface):�650 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�0 Full Term:�10 years Firm Term:�3 years Option Term:�NA Additional Requirements: In addition to the standard requirements stipulated in the General Services Administration's space management policies and regulations, the space offered must: �� � � Building with restricted area access (restricted floor access via elevators and stair access, if applicable). ������ Provide access 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, through security-controlled entry locations. ������ Located within 1/2 mile walking distance to public transportation and nearby amenities (restaurants, banks, gas stations, etc.). ������ Adjacent uses must be compatible with agency mission (i.e.: no heavy industrial or manufacturing spaces), as determined by the Lease Contracting Officer. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,� seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced� lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual� chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [�100- year�/�500-Year�] floodplain).
