- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to Alliant Enterprises LLC, 2140 Oak Industrial Dr NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505. Four (4) Each - CF-HQ190L EVIS EXERA III HD COLONOSCOPE DUAL FOC SCPEGDE, and six (6) Each - GIF-HQ190 EVIS EXERA III HIGH DEFINITION DUAL FOCUSGASTROSCO are being procured for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33596-4745. The following items are also being traded-in: four (4) Each - CF-HQ190L : CF-HQ190L EVIS EXERA III HD COLONOSCOPE, and six (6) Each - GIF-HQ190 EVIS EXERA III HDTV DF. The contract is expected to be awarded under the authority of 38 U.S.C 8127(b). The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with the NAICS Code of 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250 Employees. A Sole Source Justification has been prepared and a redacted version is posted along with this notice. The delivery requirement is not later than 30 Days ARO. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In addition, responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement that proves by the preponderance of the evidence that another contractor can provide the products requested for James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 pm EST on, June 28, 2024. No telephone inquiries or emails with questions will be accepted.
