THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY ONLY!!! This is a Sources Sought announcement only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation.� This announcement is issued solely for market research purposes.� The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Ridgeland, MS is seeking potential sources capable of providing and installing a reverse osmosis and deionization system at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System facility located at 4300 W. 7th St., Little Rock, Arkansas 72205. Although it is possible for any related solicitation to be set-aside for entities registered at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ as Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Businesses (SDVOSB) all interested parties are invited to respond to this announcement. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 333310, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The salient characteristics identified below represent the minimum requirements of the equipment to be provided.� If your organization can provide a product that can meet these requirements, you may indicate your interest in providing this product by providing the following information: Business Name Point of Contact SAM UEI Number Capability Statement (no more than 2 pages). SALIENT CHARACTERISTIC FOR REVERSE OSMOSIS AND DEIONIZATION SYSTEM System must be designed to produce water that meets Association for Advancement of Medical Instrumentation� Standard 108 (AAMI ST108) Water for the Processing of Medical Devices (2023), this reduces pitting and corrosion, microbial fouling, mineral scaling and improves cleaning quality and efficiency. Must have local service available for repairs and general maintenance or service requirements. The system must be capable of producing a minimum of 132 gallons per hour and deliver nominally 20 gallons per minute to the following equipment: Two Steris Washer Disinfectors, Six gooseneck Faucets, and Three Ultrasonics and cart washer. System must include storage tank for RO system of 250 gallons minimum. System must connect to Loop and produce minimum water flow rate of 20 gallons per minute (gpm) and with maximum of 40gpm on intermittent demand. Maintain a maximum allowable loop pressure drop of 55 psid in a 1 � inch diameter piping for the distribution loop. Loop feed flow rate of 20 gpm. Loop return minimum of 3 gpm. The system will need to fit inside the RO/DI room. Must have a power requirement or 120v to 240v. Must provide capability for remote monitoring. Company capabilities must include installation/set-up. Product and installation/set-up must include warranty. Company must provide one (1) day of training after installation/set-up.
