Description

(U) THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (U) Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this DRAFT solicitation. The Government has no obligation to reimburse for any information provided. The Government intends to only solicit feedback/input on draft documents. (U) The Government intends to release a Problem Statement for Phase 1 of the Air Route Surveillance Radar Version 4 � Hawaii (ARSR4R-HI) program. Prior to that release, the Government will be posting various draft documentation for the Problem Statement in order for Industry to provide comments. The ARSR4R-HI program contains classified information that is marked Secret No Foreign (SECRET//NOFORN). Thus, this information may not be released in any form to foreign governments, foreign nationals, foreign organizations, or non-U.S. citizens. The company shall be a United States (US) Industrial Based Company, shall not have foreign influences, shall ensure that the classified information can only be viewed and handled by US citizens with documented eligibility to obtain classified information. (U) To receive any document, please send the following to Ms. Nicole Martinelli, nicole.martinelli.1@us.af.mil, and cc Ms. Pam Bumbaca, pamela.bumbaca.1@us.af.mil, Mr. Nathan Childs, nathan.childs.3@us.af.mil, and Mr. Douglas Goon, douglas.goon@us.af.mil: 1. Company Name 2. CAGE Code 3. Documentation of having a Facility Security Clearance (FSC) 4. Confirmation of being a US Industrial Based Company (additional proof may be requested) 5. Confirmation that only US citizens with documented eligibility to obtain classified information will view and handle the classified information (additional proof may be requested) 6. SIPR email address 7. Classified mailing address if SIPR unavailable (U) Once the preceding information has been verified, the Government will send the documents. (U) Please provide draft document responses with the Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) as specified below. The Government does not intend to respond to the Industry provided CRMs. (U) In order for comments to be reviewed for the Statement of Work and Model Agreement, the Government requests that the CRMs be submitted by 03 July 2024 at 1700 EST.
