Description

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this sources sought notice for the Repair by Replacement the Emergency Lighting Systems and Components in Building 299 located at the US Army Garrison, Rock Island Arsenal. This will be a Design-Build process. The base bid work includes repairs to the emergency lighting and normal lighting.� Two (2) existing lighting control systems will be modified to exclude control of all interior lighting.� A new lighting control system will be installed for all interior lighting. A central battery system will be installed to power the new emergency lighting.�� The Contractor shall be required to commence work under this contract within 14 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the Scope of Work in 730 calendar days.� Interested parties should reply with their information no later than 10:00 a.m. CST on June 28, 2024 to Julie Culliton at julie.k.culliton.civ@army.mil. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government.� This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. The Government will not accept requests for meetings or briefings.� No phone solicitations or email with regards to the status of the Request for Proposal will be accepted prior to solictation release.� Please provide a capability statement to the POC listed below along with a CAGE code.
