- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for contractor support to perform an independent assessment of its incident/breach response playbook by conducting a tabletop exercise.� For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Performance Work Statement (PWS) entitled, �Privacy, Governmental Liaison and Disclosure (PGLD) Tabletop Exercise (TTX).� Interested parties should respond to this announcement by providing the requested information/answering the following questions, in addition to providing a capabilities statement as they relate to the requirement set forth in this announcement. Responses are requested to be no more than 15 pages. Results of this RFI may impact the selection of the acquisition approach, and as such, interested parties are encouraged to ask questions and are requested to fully respond to the following requests for information and questions posed: 1. Company Name, Dun & Bradstreet # (DUNS#), SAM UEI, Point of Contact, address, Phone number and email address. 2. Business Size Status to include small business socio-economic status and applicable NAICS codes. 3. Identify current contract vehicles and contracts held by your company (vehicle, agency, expiration date inclusive of GWACs, FSS including SIN#, IDIQs, and BPAs). 4. Are you capable of being a Prime or Subcontractor for this effort? Is your firm capable of teaming with other federal contractors to meet the requirement?� 5. Past Experience - Does your company have experience performing contracts that support, manage, or otherwise engage with human resources functions at agencies and Office of Personnel Management (OPM)? Can you provide an independent assessment of your organization�s support experience?� If so, please provide the contract #, period of performance, dollar value, name of the customer and project, description of project. (identify federal and commercial entities). 6. Provide a list of suggested contract vehicles for this requirement (e.g. GWACs, FSS, IDIQs, and Single award contracts). 7. Describe your experience and knowledge of the tasks detailed in the PWS (e.g. end to end staffing, Delegated Examining Unit certification, and Quality Review). If so, how many years of overall experience facilitating this type of support? 8. In your estimation how much of this potential requirement would your company need to subcontract to other companies?
