Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to issue a FMS Competitive Small Business Set Aside, Fixed Price Contract, for the procurement of the Top Plate Swap Fixture (P/N 3239AS1530-1) for the USMC (Qty 27), FMS Bahrain (Qty 1), FMS Czech (Qty 1), FMS Nigeria (Qty 1) H-1 Programs.� In order to receive a copy of the Technical Data Package and Drawings, a valid DD2345 must be provided to the Point of Contact in this Posting.� (THIS NOTRICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS).� The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any responses received. There are no commitments by the Government to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract. No telephone responses will be accepted.
