GSA seeks to lease office and special space within a walkable 1/4 mile distance within the set delineated area.� Said space must be able to accomodate aircraft, personell and parking.� If a reasonable offer is not recieved on or before July 8, 2024 the GSA will seek continued occupancy with the current Lessor.
