Description: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport intends to issue a solicitation for the installation of one (1) new ductless split unit system with four (4) ceiling mounted indoor units in building 82.ï¿½ Remove 2 existing portable air conditioners and return the windows to functional condition. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for non-commercial services in accordance with FAR 13.1.ï¿½ ï¿½ The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract.ï¿½ The solicitation number for this requirement is N0025324Q0042.ï¿½ Performance location will be at Keyport, WA and Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor, Silverdale, WA.ï¿½The target award date is, August 12, 2024. The NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.ï¿½ The Product Service Code is Z1AA Facilities & Construction - Facility Related Services.ï¿½ This solicitation will be 100% set aside for small businesses. The government estimate of the Magnitude of the requirement is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 13 and 36, utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors.ï¿½ The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about June 13, 2024 with a 30-day response time.ï¿½ The contracting office is not maintaining a bidders list.ï¿½ Failure to respond to the electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render the offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
