- Amendment II The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the frequency of trips per week will be 5-7. If this changes your proposal, please submit an updated proposal on or before 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Thursday 06/20/2024. If there are not any changes to your proposal, please respond to us letting us know there are not any changes. SUBJECT: The Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) Non-Emergency Transportation Services Dear Offeror, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is seeking establishment of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for Non-Emergency Transportation Services as described in the following solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP): RFP-AFRG-CO-24-0013. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract award. The Contract will include one (1) twelve-month Base Period, with four (4) twelve-month Option Periods, with a Period of Performance (PoP) of 06/18/2024 � 06/17/2029. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document outlines the required documents for submission as well as outlines the evaluation process. This is a 100% small business set aside requirement utilizing NAICS code 485999 All Other Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERERS Question timeframe has ended. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST Thursday 06/20/2024, and must follow these instructions: Use Microsoft Office compatible files or Adobe PDF. Other file extensions will not be accepted. In addition to the proposals for all requirements, all information required in the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your proposals. Completion of Attachment A Pricing Worksheet is required for all proposal submissions. Email your complete proposals to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line �Proposals for RFP-AFRG-CO-24-0013, Attn: RVBrown/GLJohnson.� Only complete proposals submitted to the e-mail address above, by the established due date, will be considered.� Any packages submitted after the established closing date and time will not be guaranteed consideration.
