- .� This project addresses the airflow capacity of the vehicle exhaust extraction system in GSA Vehicle Maintenance Building 34250. The airflow capacity of this system was measured by WSMR industrial hygienist, and the airflow capacities was found deficient and do not meet the requirements set forth by American Conference of Government Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH). Additionally, many of the systems components are damaged and inoperable. This scope of work will replace the vehicle exhaust system components that will meet the required flowrate.� The details for the system repair are detailed in WSMR drawing set WS-34250-2023-G-G1-01. The work is located at building 34250 and is located at the Stallion Range Base Camp, White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico in Socorro County.� The Stallion Range Base Camp is on Range Road 7 approximately 100 miles north of the WSMR Main Cantonment. All work shall be completed according to the awarded contract period of performance of no later than 60 calendar days after contract award is issued by the Contracting Officer (KO). The Contractor shall complete all pre-construction tasks within 30 calendar days of contract award. This includes time required to process any coordination with any Government office or the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for example bonds, traffic control plans, dig permit coordination, utility outage requests, submittals in accordance with (IAW) Section 8.3, etc. Barring any contingencies that arise during construction, the Government requires the project to be completed within 60 calendar days. Note: The total POP shall not exceed 90 calendar days.
