Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A Request for Quote POSTED ON OR ABOUT 6/28/2024. The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) currently has a requirement for a project to Repair the Roof of Building 202. 36C257-24-R-0054 The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS), Temple VAMC, currently has a requirement to Repair the Roof of Building 202 in Temple, TX, located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504. This project aims to upgrade the antiquated system. The purpose of this project is to provide labor, materials and equipment for the services required to repair roof leaks, rusted areas, replace gutters and other problem areas on center section of building 202. Contractor must provide all labor, materials, supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary to complete project Repair the Roof of Building 202 as required by drawings and specifications. All necessary testing and commissioning are required. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160 with a small business size standard of $19 M. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. Important Notice: Apparent successful bid must apply for and receive verification from the Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) program in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Small Business Administration Vet Cert program prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by SBA and VISIBLE on SBA.gov (VetCert) prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) and submit the required documents to obtain SBA verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
