- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: San Fernando Delineated Area: North: Highway 118-Balboa Boulevard-Highway 210 East: Highway 210-Highway 118-Glenoaks Boulevard-Interstate 5- Highway 170- Highway 101 South: Highway 101-Highway 27 West: Highway 27-Highway 118 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,130 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,530 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): 7 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Additional Requirements: Secured parking for the GOV requirement. Adjacent multi-story buildings that have a clear, unobstructed view to the secure parking and/or employee entrance are not allowed if the owner cannot mitigate the direct view. No other non-GOV or non-LEO vehicles would be allowed in the secured parking. Parking to be located as close to the building as possible in a secure, contiguous location. Secure parking is achieved at a minimum by utilizing fencing material, such as chain link, to encompass the entire parking area designated as secure. Oversized GOVs may need to be accounted for (SUV is the largest vehicle). Provide separate entrance from the road into secure employee parking area. Provide a dedicated secure employee entrance into the facility. In a multistory building, provide a dedicated elevator, or ability to have control of elevator, to maintain a secure path of travel for detainees. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year floodplain).
