General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arizona City: Phoenix Delineated Area: North: W Camelback Road to E Camelback Road East: N 7th Steet to S 7th Street South: Railroad Tracks South of Jackson Street West: 7th Avenue to N 7th Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 34,431 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 36,152 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Structured or Surface): 6 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Option Term: 1-5 Year Option Additional Requirements: Cannot be located within 300� from a school or daycare. At least one dual port EV charging station for the exclusive use of the government as part of the reserved onsite parking space. 91 visitor parking spaces commercially available within � mile. 109 employee parking spaces commercially available within 1,000 feet of the building. Up to two consecutive floors are acceptable, a minimum of 14,395 SF must be one of those floors for public use. Loading dock and or access to freight elevator. Space to achieve LEED ID+C. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
