Description

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Four Corners Regional Health Center, located in Red Mesa, Arizona 86514, has an upcoming requirement for three (3) Registered Nurse (RN) for the Ambulatory Care Department. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for Base Period of six (6) months with one (1) Option Period of six (6) months The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 �Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $34M.� The Request for Quotations No. IHS1485165 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by June 19, 2024.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. The acquisition is set-aside for Indian-Owned Small Business. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have � and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) � an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
