- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking proposals from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse, mental health, and sex offender, services in Washington, D.C. area. The physical location where services are to be provided must be within the boundaries/borders of Washington, D.C. and accessible by local transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on August 01, 2024, with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on July 31, 2029 (if all options are renewed). The following required services may be sub-contracted to other licensed contractors. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit proposals equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible businesses may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
