Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to deliver and install electricity, carpet, tables, chairs, etc. for one (1) booth at the�International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) 2024 Conference. Proposed Contractor: FREEMAN DECORATING CO. 14221 N Dallas Parkway STE 200 Dallas, Texas 75235, United States UEID: MNMJCL8Q8P51 The authority used for the sole source is FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). The intended period of performance is date of award through 10/23/2024. This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF�s intent to solicit on a sole source basis.� A formal combined synopsis/solicitation will not occur.� All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor. This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13�Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12�Acquisition of Commercial Items.� Total estimated value is $18,000.00. The notice of award and the written sole source justification will be posted after award.
