U.S. GOVERNMENT- NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE LEASE RENEWAL OPTION General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Milford, OH that will be expiring.� The Government has a continuing need for this space and anticipates negotiating a 5-year, 3-year firm term renewal option for the following requirement: State: Ohio City: Milford Delineated Area: NorthWest: Route 28 East-� I-275 South - Lila Ave to Millford Parkway� Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,500 Space Type: Consisting of approximately 100% warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface) Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percentannual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
