Ft. (ABOA): 18,841 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,783 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 21 Parking Spaces (Surface): 21 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 21 Full Term:�10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: 2-Five Year renewal options Additional Requirements: Pull through parking is required for oversized vehicles. In addition to the 21 reserved parking spaces for the exclusive use of the government, a minimum of 20 onsite visitor parking is required with one space accommodating a 48� trailer.
