General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: ND City: Fargo Delineated Area: North: Main Avenue E/HWY 10 to the Red River East: Red River to 52nd Avenue South South: 52nd Avenue South to 170th Avenue SE/Sheyenne Street West: 170th Avenue SE/Sheyenne Street to Main Avenue E Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,841 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,783 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 21 Parking Spaces (Surface): 21 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 21 Full Term:�10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: 2-Five Year renewal options Additional Requirements: Pull through parking is required for oversized vehicles. In addition to the 21 reserved parking spaces for the exclusive use of the government, a minimum of 20 onsite visitor parking is required with one space accommodating a 48� trailer. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
