- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District intends to issue a Request for Quotation to award a single firm fixed price service contract for the St. Mary�s Falls Canal Grounds Keeping Project. The solicitation will be issued under W911XK24Q0012. This is a pre-solicitation notice and there are no attachments at this time. The St. Mary�s Falls Canal facility located in Sault Sainte Marie has a requirement where the Contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to perform grounds maintenance services at the St Mary�s Falls Canal and Rock Cut in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.� The following information is provided: This RFQ is intended to be issued as a 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business concern and the government intends to award one firm fixed price contract for a base and four option years. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 561730 � Landscaping Services with a small business size standard of $9,500,000.00. Solicitation is planned to be issued in July 2024. Please note that the Government will not be maintaining a separate bidders list during the solicitation period. However, vendors are strongly encouraged to review the ""Interested Vendors List"" tab found on sam.gov when the solicitation is posted. In order for interested contractors to conduct business with the Federal Government, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of bid. Contractors can access SAM for free at www.sam.gov.
