NOTE: The requirements in DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, are applicable for this line item. �The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent. FOB: Destination PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: 0012125750 PSC CD: 2320 � Refuse Truck Orientation Training FFP A training to a group of 10 persons shall be provided within 5 days after delivery. Training shall include all basic and special functions of the truck with rear loader and shall be documented with signatures of instructor and participants. FOB: Destination PSC CD: 2320 Commercial Warranty (Extended) FFP 1 year � Parts & Labor * Warranty shall also include ""Inspections & Servicing at Manufacturers' Recommended Intervals: �This shall include: Changing engine and/or transmission oil, changing brake fluid, changing spark plug, etc. required during time frame of warranty and extended warranty periods. � * Contractor shall also provide name, address and phone number of a vehicle shop/garage in the vicinity (maximum 50 km) to Baumholder Germany or may send their own automotive mechanic to Baumholder for Inspections & Servicing.
