- Amendment 001: Amendment 001 adds two (2) Technical Collaboration Exchanges (TCE) topics to the announcement. -------------------------------------------- Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and Naval Information Warfare Centers (NIWC) Atlantic and Pacific announce the Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) Consortium Quarterly Industry Day hosted by ATI, the IWRP Consortium Management Firm, at the San Diego Convention Center on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. The event will include a Keynote from Mr. Troy Gunter, Director of Contracts, NAVWAR 2.0, IWRP program and consortium updates, technical briefs, and one-on-one break-out sessions with scheduled IWRP Consortium Members. Technical briefs presented during the IWRP Consortium Industry Day will include a variety of information-warfare focus area topics. It is anticipated that the topics will be the basis of upcoming Requests for Prototype Projects (RPPs) to IWRP Consortium Members. This is not a Request for Prototype Projects, but for planning purposes only. A project will not be awarded from this announcement. In order to obtain more information regarding the below projects, you must be a member of the IWRP Consortium. For more information on becoming an IWRP consortium member, please visit https://www.theiwrp.org. The purpose of this announcement is to provide members of the IWRP Consortium, and industry in general, advanced notification of Government intent. The Government anticipates soliciting five (5) Requests for Prototype Projects (RPPs) for white papers, enhanced white papers or full proposals via N65236-22-9-0001. RPP topics will include a technical brief and one- on-one break-out sessions. The RPP topics consist of the following: 1.24-LANT-2154 Inline File Encryption Device (IFED): Development of an IFED to support Combat Data Systems 2.24-LANT-2174 Combat Data Systems Mission Planning Server Prototype: NIWC is currently seeking technical solutions for a modern computer hardware suite capable of supporting 5th gen fighter mission planning environments. 3.24-LANT-2234 Combat Data Systems Cross Domain System (CDS): Provide a CDS prototype to support the 5th gen fighter Combat Data Systems PMO. 4.24-PAC-2254 Trusted Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC): The Government is looking for CSfC that meet the requirements of the Mobile Access Capability Package (Trusted Thin Client). NAVWAR is faced with a growing requirement for classified access. This effort will greatly enhance the ability of the workforce to have access to classified networks to accomplish NAVWAR mission in spaces not certified for storage or processing classified information. 5.24-PAC-2255 High Gain Narrow Band Antenna: The HGNB project aims to provide the HGNB Antenna to fulfill Navy shipboard Requirements. The HGNB Antenna shall provide a Ku/Ka-Band Very-Small-Aperture Antenna (VSAT) that is compatible with the Ku and Full Ka-Band frequency (Commercial and Military Ka). The Government will be presenting two (2) Technical Collaboration Exchanges (TCE), which will include a short brief and round table discussions. The TCE topic consists of the following: 1. 24-PAC-2294 Reliable wireless underwater data exchange: The Government is seeking to engage with IWRP consortium members to discuss potential prototype solutions for reliable underwater data exchange. This capability is crucial for oceanographic data collection, enabling monitoring of marine life, tracking environmental changes, and mapping the ocean floor in real time. It enables coordination of surface and subsurface systems, allowing them to navigate the vast oceans and seas. The Government is specifically looking to hold discussions on Communication and Networking protocols, Interoperability with RF and cabled networks, PNT, Reliability, Security, and Standardization and Compatibility. 2. 24-LANT-2274: Navy Learning Stack (ILS) Tools: The Navy is seeking a Technical Collaboration Exchange (TCE) to explore the potential to prototype e-business capabilities used in academia and/or industry that could be applied to support modernization initiatives for sailor training that support the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Navy Training Process (NTP) and Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) initiatives. Capabilities of interest include: Learning Content Lifecycle Management Student Information Management Integrated Scheduling Training Data Analytics & Recommendations Course and Quota Management User Experience Management Training Delivery Additional information on IWRP or to become a member, please refer to the following link: https://www.theiwrp.org
