*Contractor MUST submit quote in the Excel Quote worksheet (attachment B) and specification sheet at time of quote* This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a one-time buy is pursuant to the award of a high priority purchase order for the following Brand Name Name only product, See Attachment A, Brand Name Justification IAW FAR 6.302.1(c). MFR: TRANE Item: TRANE, Part Number YSJ102A3S0L 8.5 Ton HVAC Package, Brand Name Only; Qty: 1 Ea The reuested brand name part number is Trade Agreement Act (TAA) complaint. Technical specifications include that quoted part number is the brand name requested part number, compliant to markings and delivery schedule. �Also, vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI. Quoted part numbers must be the brand name requested number to be considered for award, refurbished items will not be considered.� Quoted part number is subject to review by the customer and GSA for compliance prior to award.� This RFQ will be awarded using the evaluation criteria of the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination Pricing and marked in accordance with Military Standard 129R within16 weeks after receipt of order (ARO) to customer. FOB Destination Shipping to: NAVAL AIR STATION NORTH ISLAND, Rogers Rd, BLDG-654, Coronado CA 92135 Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following:� Contractor MUST submit a quote for ALL line items in the Excel Quote worksheet as an attachment through (attachment B). Items must be brand new, refurbished items will not be considered.� Copy of your item specification sheet is required.� Contractor must also sign and return Contractor Self Certification of 129R/Frustrated Freight (attachment C)� Contractor shall have a current and active account in SAM.gov *Quantity is guaranteed*� If you have questions or would like to provide a quote, please submit your quote to Auston Hensley at Auston.Hensley@gsa.gov, referencing solicitation number 47QSSC24Q2224, TRANE HVAC, in the subject line no later than Monday, 17 June 2024, at 1700 hours Eastern time.
